Advocate Sukriti Goyal completed her LL.M. in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, after graduating in B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) with specialisation in Corporate Laws from the School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES). She has considerable experience in advising clients on business formation, corporate laws, foreign investment, exchange control and other regulatory issues.
